HYBRID IS HERE!
Learn to create Hybrid Printed products, that include a stunning PRINT (will help you get the most out of ROES and other ordering tools at BayPhoto) and a VIDEO, where we will help you create and export a short hybrid video to connect to your photograph (print) via Live Portrait.
Many photographers are asking for a class on HOW to create Live Portraits efficiently! this Hands On class will give you what you need to create simple and compelling Live Portraits for clients and family! Bring a laptop computer and learn how to make interactive images that will thrill the viewer, whether they be your clients, your friends or your family.
We will be doing and optional photo shoot on Sunday evening so if you can attend that, also bring a camera that shoots video. If not, its not a problem because we will also provide video clips you can work with if you don't have the clips you need.
You will need Photoshop CC and Photodex Pro Show Web. (trial version is adequate) If you are already an Animoto user, that will work as well. We will create a marketing piece for your website, (see sample on card front) a simple live greeting card, [of a child or senior grad or couple or Christmas greeting] that plays a video from the printed card.

11:30am Photoshop: Edit video, Slomo, Music
12:30pm Lunch on site at cafe near Bay Photo
1:30pm Create Live Portrait and upload/print
2:00pm Create a ProShowWeb show & post
3:00pm Create Custom video with PSCC
4:00pm Lab Tour and pick up prints

Sunday, May 7
There’s just not enough time in one day to do it all, so we are going to do an informal day of shooting hybrid on Sunday, the day before! We have an engaged couple and small family as models and will be meeting at the beach and photograph them before sunset. (and video too!) Of course, you can meet us there and bring your own models too! Fun-Fun Fun.
Dinner with Jon and Suzette is probable, no host, location TBD (No extra charge if you come, no discount if you don’t)
Location will be announced later to the class registrants.
