Learn to Harness the VIDEO CAPABILITY of Photoshop CS6/CreativeCloud!

Yes, you can edit custom videos and offer motion portraits with Photoshop! Join Hybrid Photographer and Photoshop Expert Suzette Allen for an inspiring HANDS ON class using Photoshop for custom video editing. Learn how to use the TIMELINE panel, import videos, blend with stills, add music, transitions, fades and motion to your videos and still photos! You can seamlessly combine stills and videos in smooth sequences and then export them as MP4 videos! A Jump drive of video footage and jpg still photos will be provided for class exercises OR you can bring your own short clips and stills to create your own vision. Focus will be using portraits to make short eProducts (under 2 min), but any content can be used.

Use Timeline and tools/shortcuts on timeline panel

Add simple motion commands to animate still photos

Use automated blends, fades to black/white

Add keyframes for custom blends and transitions

Use adjustment layers to alter videos selectively

Add Text and animate for graphic effects

Add music and custom fades

Export settings and hosting basics

10 am to 2pm, Sat, April 5th $115 per person [15 students max] Intermediate Photoshop user, but no video experience required
