Pricing and Payments

The cost for the Study Abroad Excursion is:

PPA Members………...$1250.00*

Non-PPA Members…..$1350.00

* PPA MEMBERS WILL RECEIVE ONE (1) PPA MERIT

The cost includes Tuition, Hotel for 7 nights, Most Meals, Park Entrance Fees, transportation to and from parks and photography locations. DOES NOT INCLUDE AIRFARE AND TAXES OR ENTRY EXIT FEES.

What are my payment options? You may pay with your Visa or MasterCard in full at the time of registration or you may choose our option of one-half the tuition at the time of registration; the other half of your fee will be automatically charged 60 days before departure to the event. If you choose this option, just let us know when you call to register or mark the registration form accordingly and send it to:

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO CANCEL? If you cancel more than 60 days prior to July 12, 2008, we will refund you less $100.00 handling charge. If you cancel between 60 days and 30 days your tuition is refunded ONLY if we fill your slot. THERE IS NO REFUND FOR CANCELLATION 30 DAYS BEFORE JULY 12, 2008.
